The National Carillion

The National Carillion (bell tower) on Aspen Island, Lake Burley Griffin, Canberra. Pictured in front is the local cruise boat, "Southern Cross". The Carillion is cut into three segments matching the tower elements of the actual building. Trees in the foreground are accurately outlined and placed a distance in front of the background elements. They are fully visible behind the boat, when viewing from an angle.

Miniatures are small versions of the original, with a smaller number of layers and less depth. However, since the original computer cutting template is used (reduced in size), the cut-out detail is also twice as fine. This is evident especially in the tree and vegetation outlines. The miniature frames are not ready to hang, but come with a support to stand on a flat surface.
